You sleep on your side. You have sorted out your neck. And still, around three in the morning, you wake up pulling your leg back up.

On your side, with nothing between your knees, the upper leg slides forward and takes your pelvis with it. Your body spends the night slightly twisted. You do not feel it at the time — but you readjust, again, and again. Every movement pulls you one step out of deep sleep.

What the pillow does

It removes the cause. Your legs keep their natural spacing, the upper leg no longer tips forward, the pelvis stays square. You sleep in line — and you stop readjusting.

Why a strap?

Because a knee pillow that slips is useless. Most of them fall away at the first change of position and end up at the foot of the bed, found in the morning. The elastic strap goes around your thigh: the pillow follows your leg. You stop hunting for it in the dark.

The contoured shape

The faces are curved, not flat. Your knee keeps its freedom to bend: you can draw your legs up, stretch them out, change angle without the pillow blocking you. The spacing narrows gradually towards the back to follow the slope of the thigh.

Give it three to ten nights

Sleeping with support between your knees changes a position your body has held for years. The first nights can feel strange — that is normal, and it passes. Allow three to ten nights before judging.

That is exactly why we give you thirty.

What you get back

  • No more readjusting. The leg has its support, it stops looking for one.
  • It stays where you put it. The strap solves the one real flaw of this product category.
  • A cover that goes in the machine. Concealed zip, off in seconds.

“I often have back pain. Can this pillow help me?”

We cannot promise you that, and we would be wary of anyone who did. This pillow is not a medical device and treats no pain.

What it does is mechanical: it stops the upper leg from tipping, and therefore the pelvis from rotating during the night. If your morning discomfort comes from that position, you will feel the difference. If it has another cause, this pillow will change nothing — and it is a doctor you need to see, not a bedding accessory.

Who it is not for

If you sleep on your back or on your stomach, this pillow will do nothing for you. It is designed for sleeping on your side, and for nothing else. Better you know before you order.

The natural companion to the cervical pillow

One supports the upper body, the other the lower. If you sleep on your side, you have two points to deal with, not one.
