Dispatch
Your order ships within 1 to 3 business days of payment, by express. A tracking number is emailed to you.
Delivery times
From dispatch:
- France, Belgium, Luxembourg: 4 to 8 business days
- Germany, Netherlands, Austria: 6 to 10 business days
- Italy, Spain, rest of the European Union: 6 to 12 business days
- Switzerland: 7 to 12 business days
Indicative times, which may be extended in the event of a customs inspection.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free, with no minimum order, to France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Switzerland and the whole of the European Union.
VAT and customs charges
Our items ship from warehouses located outside the European Union. Import duties and VAT may be collected by the carrier on delivery and remain payable by you. The amount depends on your country and the value of your order.
Right of withdrawal — 14 days
Under Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw, without giving a reason and without penalty. If your order contains several items delivered separately, the period runs from receipt of the last one.

Return costs
Under Article 14(1) of the Directive, the direct cost of returning the goods is yours to bear — allow €10 to €20 depending on the carrier and your country. The return address is emailed to you.
For items priced under €25, we refund without requiring the product to be returned.
Faulty, non-conforming or damaged item: we cover all costs.
Condition of returned goods
Normal trial of the product gives rise to no deduction. Under Article 14(2), a sum corresponding to the diminished value of the goods may be deducted from the refund where handling goes beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. You are informed in writing, with supporting evidence, before any deduction.
Exclusions for hygiene reasons
Article 16(e) excludes from the right of withdrawal sealed goods which are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed: ear plugs, sleep masks, the sound mask, the nasal dilator and its strips. Except where faulty, not as described, or where the packaging has not been opened.
Refunds
No later than 14 days after notification of your withdrawal, using the payment method used for the order. It covers the price of the items and the standard delivery charges originally paid.
30-night commercial guarantee
We grant 30 nights on the cervical pillow, the cooling blanket, the silk pillowcase, the silk bonnet and the knee pillow — more than double the statutory period.
An exchange at our cost is offered first. One item per household per product, normal use assumed. This guarantee adds to your statutory rights without replacing them.
